New Year, New Goals!

I can not believe it is already at the end of 2017. Tomorrow marks a new year and a new day for all of us. All of us have been setting different goals we would like to see happen and change in our lives. No matter what they are, it is important to not just write them down, but act upon them and make them daily habits. Taking the first step is key and then more steps will follow. Focusing on your “why” and keeping that picture in your mind each day really will help and motivate you to make those changes and to not give up. I make a dream or vision board where I put all of my goals in picture form so that I can see it each day. It really does help and make a difference. I know it sounds simple, but it works!

If you have not taken the time to write those goals down yet, do it today and make tomorrow the first day of a new you. You can do it and knowing that you are not in this alone should help.We are all in this together! I think it is important to also know that you will have those days that are not so good, but you do not want to give up. You must keep going on as the rewards will come eventually and when they do, it just fuels you more to keep pressing onward towards the next goal. It is such a great feeling of accomplishment.

I have always felt blessed to have others in my life who come along side me to be a listening ear, encourager, and essentially a cheerleader to help keep me going. I have a passion in my life to do the same for others. This is why I love what I do as a wellness coach. It is so rewarding to me to be able to encourage others and be that cheerleader for them. I do believe that we all can achieve the goals we have written down, but sometimes we just need a little kick from behind to get moving. I hope to be able to help many in 2018. I am excited about the new changes that will happen for all of us.
