Hello, again!

Summer’s here and it feels good to be outside and, yes, sweat a little! From camping, walking, yardwork and gardening, the heat can cause blood sugar to lower, as well as energy. Sweating can, also, cause a loss of many important nutrients we want for good health.

It’s important to stay hydrated and keep the blood sugar balanced when in the heat. 

Sport drinks and energy drinks have increased by more than 30% during the last 30 years. It’s now 14 gallons per person per year. But many have undesirable ingredients coming along for the ride.

I fortunately have found a “clean” Line of Sports Nutrition that is safe and clinically proven. In fact, the Hydration drink I use and clients use is on display at the Smithsonian for it’s part in an athletic event that set several world records.
